What this policy covers

This policy explains what we do with information you give us through this website, through our social media pages, or by joining our waitlist.

This is not our Notice of Privacy Practices. Once Pose is open and seeing patients, protected health information is governed by a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which we will provide to you at your first visit. Nothing on this page applies to your medical record.

 

What we collect

If you join our waitlist or contact us through this site or through an ad on Facebook or Instagram, we collect only what you give us:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it

 

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about your health, your conditions, your medications, or the treatments you are interested in through any form on this site or through social media. Those conversations happen in the clinic.

We also collect ordinary website analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type — which are not tied to your name.

 

How we use it

We use your contact information to:

• Tell you when Pose opens

• Let you know when appointments become available

• Answer a question you asked us

That is all. We do not use it for anything else.

 

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We use service providers to run this website, send our email, and manage our advertising — including Wix and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). They process information on our behalf and under their own terms. If you submit a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta handles that submission according to Meta's Data Policy before it reaches us.

We may disclose information if the law requires it.

 

Advertising

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you join our waitlist through one of those ads, Meta provides us with the contact information you submitted. You can control how Meta uses your data in your own Facebook and Instagram ad settings.

 

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@posememphis.com and we will take care of it.

 

Keeping it safe

We limit access to your contact information to the people at Pose who need it, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

 

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors through it.

 

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
